Please see the below image. You will find your batch number on your warranty card beneath the bar code. You can also find it on you Outdoor Unit.

I bought AC with Ultron e comfort Gold , but I can't connect my AC to Wi-fi and App. When I try to search in the App to add device, nothing showing in the app and my AC doesn't go to discovery mode or my be my AC doesn't have wi-fi kit etc. Could you please look into and guide me. Javed, Did you bought it online or from some dealer? Might be possible you don't have wifi device in your Ac or may be you're facing trouble in creating smart ac account. I bought from normal Electronic shop. I download App and try to find device in the add device menu but couldn't find any device. I would like to know is all AC are standard wi-fi kit fitted or customer need to buy separately if this wi-fi kit is not standard than how much cost us including fitting.

I have an ultron gold with pre installed wifi it came with password batch number is AD10047389 i can see the orient hotspot but when i connect to orient hotspot n try to connect it to my internet through mevris it fails need help its been more than 2 weeks i am not getting any response from any of your support departments
